Friday, July 8 – Welcome Reception

The weekend begins with a casual private Welcome Reception at for pre-registered boat fun run participants. Location and time will be announced soon.

Saturday, July 9 – Fun Run & Post Run “Waves & Wheels” Party

• Captain Check-in will begin at Marina Jack from 10:00 am til 11:00 am. All captains must attend check-in in order to pick up the poker hands for all pre-registered participants. Additional poker hands will also be for sale.

• A pace boat start will take place at 11:00 am from Marina Jack with a lunch stop at Chateau Anna Maria Restaurant at Waterline Villas & Marina.

• A post-run “Waves & Wheels” dinner will be held at Robarts Arena from 6 pm to 10 pm. All paid captains and passengers will enjoy a full host bar, complimentary food stations, and live music by Hurricane Shane, Tampa Bay’s Ultimate Party Band!

• Dealer tables will be set up for participants to draw their hands. Additional cards (limit of 2) may be purchased for $20 each. All cards must be drawn by 8:00 pm. Individual tickets to attend the “Waves & Wheels” party, for those who do not participate in the boat fun run, may be purchased for $100 each.
